Shipping & Delivery

United States – Orders stocked in our U.S. fulfillment centers ship within 1-3 business days and generally arrive in 1-7 business days via Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, or an equivalent partner.
If a product is not available in the U.S. warehouse, the checkout page will clearly state “DHL International Delivery”

All other destinations – International parcels depart from the Republic of Korea.

  • DHL or FedEx: average 3-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Korea Post EMS: 5-30 business days after dispatch (time varies by postal authority and customs).

Transit times exclude weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, and events outside the carrier’s control.

Tracking – A tracking link is generated once the parcel is ready to leave our warehouse.

  • If you created a customer account, the number appears in My Orders.
  • The same link is emailed to the address provided at checkout.
    Please allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to register.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

All shipments leave our facility DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, storage charges, or other assessments imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Before ordering, confirm that Korean skincare is permitted in your country and whether special labeling or documentation is required.
If the parcel must be declared in a particular way, please inform us at checkout in the comment box or by emailing support@fabyou.me before the parcel ships. Requests received after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Parcels denied entry, refused by the receiver, or returned because duties were not paid will be handled as described below.


Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

A parcel may return to us if an address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, duties are unpaid, or customs rejects the shipment. When this happens:

  1. We notify you at the email supplied with the order.
  2. You may choose to:
  • Reship – pay the new outbound shipping cost (plus any carrier return fee, if billed to us), or
  • Refund – receive the product price minus the original shipping cost and any carrier return fee once the parcel is back in our warehouse.

Packages seized or destroyed by local authorities cannot be refunded.


Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

  • Before dispatch – Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. You may cancel or edit your order free of charge by contacting support@fabyou.me before it ships.
  • After dispatch – We accept returns of unopened, unused, and seal-intact products within 14 days of delivery, only if the customer covers the return shipping cost.
    To request a return:
  1. Contact us at support@fabyou.me to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  2. Send the product back using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.
    Note: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns without prior approval or without shipping fee coverage will not be accepted.


Defective, Damaged, or Mis-shipped Items
If your item arrives damaged due to the fault of the shipping carrier, or if we sent the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

To process a claim, email the following to support@fabyou.me:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the external shipping box and all attached labels

Once verified that the issue was caused during shipment or due to our error, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Items that are damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Data Protection

We collect only the data needed to process your order, provide tracking, handle returns, and meet legal requirements. Information is stored securely and shared only with payment processors and carriers involved in fulfilling your purchase. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@fabyou.me.
